Master Window control panel not illuminated?

Master window control panel not illuminated when turning on headlights, infotainment buttons.

If all the other lights work it sounds like the switch is bad, I would swap it out which should fix the problem.

Now it's a bigger problem. I found out that my day running lights aren't illuminating also, along with the master control Panel button backlights (except for the power window).

Okay, please check of any other items are not working, lets check the system fuses first, this video and guide will help. Make sure you check the fuse panel under the hood and the interior fuse panel as well.
