Started it up and noticed oil pressure pegging 80 PSI. Heard a tapping like a lifter. Then truck started chugging. Rough idle. Heard a whooshing sound and noticed oil mixed with green coolant coming out of bottom of motor. I think by oil filter. I'm thinking it's the oil filter adapter. I fig the oil coolant mix happened in the intake because it has an external leak so I fig it's got an internal one too. Anyway, you think it's the oil filter adapter. But could that cause the oil in coolant scenario. Anyway, looks bad!

The best thing to do it get the vehicle up in the air so we can do an inspection. It is not common for the oil and coolant to be leaking at the same time unless there is a engine block failure. The oil filter adapter deals with oil only. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. We need to hear the noise, so we know which direction to go to help you fix the car. It takes time to upload so please be patient.
