marker light will no go out

when I shut off the vehicle the marker lights stay on, have to pull the fuse then they go off, plug it back in and they stay off till the next time I start the vehicle.

I am assuming this h as trailer tow, so check trailer tow running lamp relay may be bad and engaged. switch with a like relay to see if that fixes it. then you'll know the problem. it's under hood
