Changed slave cylinder after getting it all back together bled slave cylinder, i have resistance on clutch but no gears. I can feel it shifting in transmission but no output.

With the engine off, can you shift through all the gears? If you can, then it is the hydraulics in the clutch. Does the slave have a bleeder screw?

If the transmission is actually shifting into gear but no output, than it appears the clutch disc and pressure plate is the problem and it is not transferring the engine torque to the transmission.
Make sure first though that the clutch is fully releasing.
