Manual climate control randomly works

I have a manual climate control in the vehicle. Switching between functions works only randomly, sometimes it switches, sometimes it cannot switch. I have checked all the connectors and are fine.

Good evening,
according to the manual is equipped Electronic Touch Climate Control System. Times often happens during the ride that all the options (vent, heater, defog, windscreen, off, max, norm, bi-lev) cease to operate, they can not switch. Sometimes they all start working. Both the fan and the temperature change function normally.

Okay, so it is not manual, it is automatic climate control. That makes better sense.

It sounds like the control head is dropping out.

Let me see if I can get some information for you on this.

There is a programmer behind the glove box that controls all the functions. It is possible that it is malfunctioning. You need a special scan tool to check the system.
