Yep, it sounds like a head gasket is blown between two cylinders or the connecting rod is broken on one cylinder I would do a compression test to see what is going on. Here is a video to help.

I did a compression test all were holding around 160

I do think I found a bad injector though 3 were around 165 ohms and there was one that was 085

Yep, that might cause a noise if it was stuck on full open.
