Makes a pop/ noise around the roof on the passenger rear seat?

After driving my car to work and parking it ,I get a break 5 hours later so I go sit in the car without turning anything on and I hear this noise in-between 2-3 mins afterwards. I sat in it for 10 minutes and heard it 5 times . Now I bought this car in April and didnot have this problem until this month when I took it to an auto body shop and they cleared my moonroof drain hoses in the front a&b columns . Also I believe this constant noise is draining my battery. Thank you

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? that way I can tell for sure what's going on. Also, I cannot read the message on the image. If I had to guess I would say it is a blend door actuator for the HVAC system, also is the car on (ignition - radio) when you hear the noise? Please get back to me so I can help you.
