Ticking nose when idling and when I start to get up to 30 MPH it stops

Have you checked the fan for evidence of something touching? Also, inspect the belt to make sure it isn't coming apart.

As far as the serpentine belt on the vehicle is very long. You can do a visual on it or remove it and start the engine for a few seconds just to see if the noise is gone. Then we can determine if it is the belt or one of the belt driven accessories.

I attached a pic below showing the belt.

Check these things and let me know what you find. Also, if it's possible, record the sound and upload it for me to hear.
