Major idle surge issue

1994 HONDA ACCORD
168,000 MILES • 2.2L • 4 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

My idle jumps from 700-1700 repeatedly. I have replaced the IACV and the MAP, thermo valve and the throttle body, yet I still get surging idle. I have pretty much replaced everything.

More then likely you have a vacuum leak. However, here is a guide that will get us started on this issue:
