Main relay

My car will only go so fast in every gear, if in second I can only go twenty mph, it seems to shut down, so on and so on in every gear. Was told it was main relay under driver side dash but I cannot find it.

Good morning,

if the car is running, I doubt it is the main relay. if it was the failure, it would not run at all.

I would have the catalytic converter checked as it may be a clogged exhaust causing this issue.

The catalytic converter is cleaned out. I have changed o2 sensors, fuel pump, fuel pump, and relay coil packs. I am lost and do not know what else.
