Can I install 17 inch mags with the tire size of 215 40r 17 can be installed in my Nissan versa note 2015?

That is a loaded question. There are several variables that go along with this. The wheel offset is extremely important. Also, the wheel width is important.

If you can let me know all the info, I can figure it out for you. However, without it, I can't answer you. If possible, let me know what size tires are presently on the vehicle so I can determine if the height is going to play a role.

You are welcome. Honestly, the wrong offset can cause the brake caliper to hit, it could pull the wheel inward and cause the tire to rub or it can go out too far and cause the tire to hit the fender in bumps and turns. Make sure the bolt pattern is the same as your vehicle as well.
