I have a LQ4 block that was pulled from an 2003 Express 2500 that spun two bearings. Is it possible for me to clean up the engine and rebuild it back to good condition myself?

You would need to measure the block to see if the bearings damaged the saddles in the block and price having it line honed, the same with the crankshaft and rods. Also, check the piston bores for wear and see if they need to be cleaned up.
