Hello, my car listed above was recently stolen and to stop the car alarm the thief ripped out the wire connectors to the wheel. The wires and adapter are still intact, but the wire heads are exposed. I’ve tried looking for a schematic for it but can’t seem to find one. The connection I am referring to is next to the yellow air bag connector. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Hello,

I am attaching two wiring diagrams that should help you, both diagrams are for the anti-theft and security. Let me know if I can be of any more assistance.

Hi,

I noticed we haven't been in touch with you for a few days. Have you been able to make any progress?

Looking at the pic you attached, it appears you need help determining which wire goes in which connector slot. Is that correct?

If so, I need some general information. I can see a couple of colors on the wires. Let me know what colors they all are. Next, based on if this is a hybrid or not and if it has a smart key or not determines which schematic I go to. So, let me know what you have. I attached a pic below showing the options. Sorry for so many questions, but they provide several options.

Let us know.

Joe

Hello,

No, I have made no progress. I am really just trying to get the colors back into its proper slot. The colors of the wires are green, red, yellow, brown, black, gray, white, and pink. My car is not a hybrid either.

Hi,

I just went through every pin-out I could find related to the steering column. None are a 12-pin connector. I checked the lower multi-function connector, and it has 16 pins, so that isn't right.

Does the vehicle have a smart key? Do you see what that connector is connected to? I'm finding the wire colors you mentioned, but none that go to one connector.

Let me know. Hang in there. I'm trying.

Joe
