What is the torque setting to connect the lower intake manifold to the upper intake manifold?

This is the upper to lower sequence and torque spec.
Stage 1: Tighten to 2 Nm (18 inch lbs.).
Stage 2: Tighten to 25 Nm (18 ft. Lbs.).

My manifold looks like this one but doesn’t fit my 4.6. My engine block has 12 bolt holes. The same gasket can be used on either side of engine by flipping gasket from back to front.

Your gaskets should look like these. If so the above is the correct pattern according to Ford. If you have an extra bolt it also gets torqued to the same spec.
