Lower control arm bushing removal help needed

My neighbor is trying to change his lower control arm bushing. he got the bolt off where it goes attaches near the rotor but it is seized on . He got the bolt off for it but it's still not wanting to come off. We tried wd-40 to penetrate it but still nothing. please help.

Good evening,

The bushing is pressed into the control arm. You need a bushing press to remove and install the bushing.

I attached a picture of the arm and circled the bushing for you.

It would be better to replace the entire arm. Rock Auto has a replacement for $20.00. I attached a picture for you.
