460 model. dealer says replace lower number two control arms. Should I replace all control arms at once, or is just one side? should i replace upper and lower at the same time?

okay the first diagram I sent was wrong because of model. this one may be wrong as well because there is a difference between AWD and RWD illustration is for Rwd. Next time give all info like engine/transmission/Awd or Rwd /manual/automatic transmission. thanks.
