low whine when in reverse

Hello again. New problem with vehicle. When I back up there is a low whine. Going to another garage tomorrow (not a dealership). This is something to add to the list to check, first the rattle and now the whine. Thanks.

It could be normal for the car all cars sounds a bit different when backing up. But if it is outside the realm of normal please let us know whats happens so we can help if needed.

Ken, the problem was the starter. Have a new starter and no noise now.
