Low Pickup, low boost

Actual vehicle is Ertiga zdi. Firstly vehicle was emitting black smoke due to turbo. I have changed turbo. Vehicle has stopped emitting smoke. But pickup is very low. At 2,500 rpm's vehicle is not going over 60 kmph. EGR valve is also cleaned. Catalytic converter is also cleaned. Mass sensor is okay. But problem is not resolved.
