My car always having coated spark plug even when I clean it it occurs again.

However, if you are getting coated spark plugs, can you tell us what they are getting coated with?

I assume they are black but are they coated with soot, oil, fuel? Are they wet? Can you get some pictures of the plugs when they are fouled?
