Battery not charging. With car running I tested the voltage at the battery at 11 volts, so I replaced the alternator & tested it again at 11 volts. So I bench tested both alternators at approx 14 volts. HELP!

Check the wiring for alternator and battery, on the vehicle. With the engine running, did you check voltage at alternator bat terminal?

The alternator needs excite voltage or it won't work, usually that is the alternator L terminal. Does the charge lite on the dash work?
