Low oil pressure

Oil gage went down too low. No noise in engine and oil is full. Can it be sending unit I am thinking?

Yes, that sounds like the issue you are having. I've attached picture steps below including the location of the oil pressure sending unit and how to replace it on your vehicle. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
