Either the engine oil level switch is defective, or the grounded side of the switch is open. A quick way to check it, next time the oil level low warning comes on, disconnect the wiring connector at the switch on the front side of oil pan under the starter then jumper pin A to ground. The warning should go off. If it does not go off the switch is bad.
If it does go off then check resistance from pin B to ground, it should be very low to none.
