I have a low coolant red triangle message on my vehicle, but there are no leaks and the temperature gauge is normal, no smoke coming from the engine, but there is small white smoke coming from the coolant reservoir what could it be?

Hey SLAT421,

If the coolant level is okay the level sensor in the reservoir needs to be replaced, a little bit of white smoke after the cap has been removed is normal. Sometimes the sensor is made into the plastic reservoir as a complete unit
