Low beam headlights very dim high beans are fine

Low beams dim. High beams are good.

Hello, I would replace the daytime running lamp relay, the low beam power flows through the relay when the lights are turned on. it sounds like the relay is stuck open and not closing. also, check the fuses LH-LWR and RH-LWR and make sure they are not blown. Lou.
