Low beam headlights not working

Low beam on drivers side not working . Bulbs are one assembly and have replaced both sides.

I suspect the fuse is bad. This vehicle has a fuse for each light and each choice. For example, left side high beam, left side low beam, right side high beam, right side low beam.

The fuses are in the under hood fuse box. I attached a picture indicating all 4 fuses. I circled the one for the left low beam. Check it. It is fuse 40 in the fuse box and is a 15 amp fuse.
