Low beam headlight not working on passenger side after changing the bulb. Could that be because the fog light on that side is missing

Hi,

The fog light won't prevent it from working. They receive their own power supply.

Did the light stop working after you did work on it?

I attached two pics below. First, check the fuses I circled in pic 1.

If the fuses are good, confirm there is power to and from them. Here is a link you may find helpful:

If the fuses are good, I need you to disconnect the light and check the blue wire with a yellow tracer. It should have power when the lights are turned on low beam. See pic 2.
