Gas pedal skip a little bit on take off, good power, good fuel mileage, low rpm skip. Check engine light comes on three to five miles down the road computer will not scan it comes up as error. Tried three different times at Advanced Auto. New fuel system, heating system, alternator, water pump, plugs, and coil pack. No gas smell. As long as you do not step on it hard it will take off smooth and good.

This sounds like an ignition issue do you have new plugs wires cap rotor? I would use all AC delco stuff here is a guide. Service the throttle body as well.

New plugs and coil packs. 4 cylinder 2.2 no distributor 95 S10. Has the low end Skip cold warm wet or dry. If it had vacuum advance that's what I'd said it was acting like. Just touch the gas pedal it skips a little bit then comes out of it. Engine is a 4-cylinder with no distributor has sensors

Okay cool. So it acts more like a hesitation? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise, that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. In the meantime let's service the throttle body. Here are two guides that can help.
