First, are you certain the bulbs aren't bad? I have seen this happen before. Also, the switch could be bad and causing this.

Here are the directions for bulb replacement if you want to check them:

Removal and Installation

WARNING: The bulb contains gas under pressure. The bulb may shatter if the glass envelope is scratched or if the bulb is dropped. Handle the bulb only by its base. Avoid touching the glass envelope. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury.

NOTE: The headlamp bulb should not be removed from the headlamp until just before a new bulb is installed. Removing the bulb for an extended period of time may affect headlamp bulb performance. Contaminants may enter the headlamp where they can settle on the lens and reflector. Never turn on the headlamps with the bulb removed from the headlamp.

NOTE: Make sure the headlamp switch and the ignition switch are in the OFF position.

1. Remove the headlamp bulb access cover.

2. Disconnect the headlamp bulb electrical connector.

3. Rotate the headlamp bulb approximately one-eighth turn counterclockwise and remove the headlamp bulb.

4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Here are the directions for switch replacement. The switch is referred to a front lighting control module, (FLM) Pics 3 and 4 correlate with these directions.

1. Using a suitable non-marring tool, work around the outer edge of the FLM (Front Lighting Control Module) to release the clips and pull the FLM (Front Lighting Control Module) out through the front finish panel.

- Disconnect the electrical connector.

2. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have other questions.
