While driving all of a sudden I hit a bump after that when I started driving and went over 50 miles an hour I I heard loud chirping noises. Is it dangerous to drive my car? I did not get any warning lights.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Honestly, without knowing the cause of the noise, It's hard to say if it's safe. Did you check under the vehicle to see if anything was hit or damaged? When you hear the noise, does is change with speed or applying the brakes? Does the steering feel normal or is anything other than the sound different?

Let me know.
