So this just started happening, my car when I’m going decently slow will make a loud scraping noise by my back tires.

Hello, I'm Danny.
It sounds like it might be your rear brakes. Is there a chance you can make a video of the sound with your smartphone and upload it here? That would help us better diagnose the sound. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Hello again.
Yes, that sounds like the rear brake shoes are making noise.It might be the pad rivets have started making contact with the brake drum indicating the brake shoes are needing to be replaced.Here is a tutorial showing what is involved: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-replace-rear-brake-shoes-and-drums
