Loud noise when started gets louder when accelerating

Hi,

Is it a constant screeching noise or is it like a chirping bird? Can you send a recording of it if it doesn't sound like the one on this video?

I suspect this is a belt noise or possibly a pulley but a recording of it will really help limit this down.
