Loud metal clunk coming from the front end?

Forward or reverse clunk clunk clunk from front end. New upper and lower control arms. New cv joints and shafts new mid shaft and CV joint. New wheel bearings. What could be causing it?

Good morning,

This could be from the strut in the front of the stabilizer bar itself.

Did anyone check the stabilizer bracket bushings?

It would also be helpful if you uploaded a video of the noise.

Removal

1. WARNING: The electrical power to the air suspension system must be shut off prior to hoisting, jacking or towing an air suspension vehicle. This can be accomplished by turning off the air suspension switch located in the rear jack storage area. Failure to do so can result in unexpected inflation or deflation of the air springs or shocks, which can result in shifting of the vehicle during these operations.

Raise the vehicle on a hoist.

2. Remove the front stabilizer bar links.
1 Remove the from stabilizer bar link nut.
2 Remove the from stabilizer bar link bolt.
3 Remove the front stabilizer bar spacer.

3. Remove the front stabilizer bar.
1 Remove the four (two each side) stabilizer bar bracket bolts.
2 Remove the stabilizer bar.
