Loud clicking noise in dashboard

When I get in the car, this loud clicking noise happens and then it disappears. Sometimes it happens when I'm driving.

My heater and A/C work fine. It blows in the right direction. I don't think it's a blend door actuator. I might have already replaced this a couple of years ago.

Are there temperature sensors in the dashboard that could cause this?

I don't think a temperature sensor would cause this, since the vent all seem to work okay the only vent you would not be able to notice is the fresh air blend door, when the noise is occurring, please put your hand on the actuator to confirm the problem. here is the location in the diagrams below. This does sound like a classic blend door issue. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
