Loud engine knocking noise when driving

Hi,
Chances are it is a rod bearing in the engine or a main bearing. Is it loud enough for you to record and upload for me to hear? It could be other things as well. If I can hear it, likely it will help. Also, let me know if you hear it when the engine is at idle both in gear and in park. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
