Loud engine noise with A/C on

More than likely this is a compressor noise, but we need to start with getting a recording of the noise if possible.

If we could hear it then I am sure we will be able to figure out for sure what it is. However, if it only does it with the A/C on then this is the most likely cause.

If this is the case, then more than likely we are going to have to replace the compressor or at least the clutch if it is just a clutch noise.

Please see the info below from the manual that will give the detail needed to replace the compressor as I suspect this is what is going to be needed.
