Check engine light and ABS lights turned on?

When trying to shift into reverse when I apt gas after going into reverse it won't move. And if it does it doesn't go far and it makes a horrible loud clunking and boom sound and stops very hard. now it's doing the same thing while in drive but it's more when I'm slowing down it makes the loud sounds and hard stopping motion and car sounds like it's breaking. Check engine light and ABS is now on.
