Van listed above is a CE model.

Car won’t move when switching gear (gear switch without any issues). Whenever I switch from any gear to “park” I hear a loud buzz coming out from the transmission around the linkage area. No signs of broken shift linkage anywhere.

Checked driver axle shaft and it looked fine. I also took down the transmission pan and changed the filter and gasket.

Fluid is to the right level as far as I can tell. Please help, Thank you!

For those reading this later on. Solved! As it turns out, the passenger side axle shaft was out of transmission a bit and couldn't grab on to it, hence why the buzzing. Took it out, inspected it, cleaned it pretty well and put it back in and Voila! Everything is back to normal.
