So, going down the highway I lost oil pressure, pulled off highway. Put 10 quarts in limped the hour back home oil pressure stayed at 40PSI. Got back and it began pouring diesel out of between the transfer case and oil pan. Checked dipstick and there was no oil left and it smelled of diesel instead. Engine mount on the passenger side was soaked in something. Engine still cranks and sounds perfectly normal. In the video you can see the fuel pouring out. Turbo had new seals put in 1.5 years ago and fuel injectors were just replaced last fall.

Thanks for the video, it really helps. There is a high-pressure fuel pump that looks like it has gone out (front seal) and is leaking fuel inside the engine. Here is how you can change the high-pressure fuel pump out. Start by disconnecting the battery and draining the coolant. Also, check the fuel filter canister to make sure it is not leaking as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

So, I pulled the pump, it's fine, seal is fine, pulled the heads pressure tested the return lines, those are fine, pulling the injectors next to have them sent off and tested to see if for some reason they failed under a year of having them. Any other ideas?

The fuel has to be coming from somewhere, did you look at the fuel filter canister?

Here is a video of what I am talking about:

Could the fuel be coming from it and going onto the engine?
