lost clutch slave cylider in housing

attempted to replace clutch slave, did not align pin properly, lost in bell housing. dont have money to drop tranny, whats the worst that can happen if i dont remove it?

Disaster could be one bump in the road that throws the debris into the rotating mass, you can calculate the odds of a poor outcome and go from there.

Would it be quite dangerous to forget about it? Im assuming if its caught near the flywheel then it would most likely kill the clutch. dont have many options here, I realize that i will most likely kill the clutch, just dont want shrapnel in my arse...
