lost chip key smashed ignition, can I bypass the anti-theft?

My ignition was smashed out and my key was stolen, can i bypass my anti-theft so i can start my car?

Not really, it is best to fix the problem, you can get a new key code from the dealer if you give them your VIN number and if the column is damaged too badly you can get a used one from the salvage yard. here is how to install the new column or key lock. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
