Hi,

A lean mixture is usually the result of either a weak fuel pump or an engine vacuum leak. Have you checked those things?

Next, where is the coolant leaking from? Can you locate the leak or is there nothing that seems like an issue? I'm asking because if you are not seeing the leak, it could be related to a head gasket issue. Take a look through this link:

Let me know exactly what is happening. If it is possible, record it running so I can hear it. Also, if you can, let me know specifically what diagnostic trouble codes are present.

Take care,
Joe
