My car is losing power after a lot of driving and using the A/C off and on.
The speed sensor was replaced.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Often times, a power loss can be related to a fuel pressure issue, plugged catalytic converter, and a few other things. So, is the check engine light staying on when the engine is running? If it is, first have the computer scanned for diagnostic trouble codes. That will point us in the right direction.

If there is no engine light staying on, then it becomes a guessing game. If this is the case, can you tell me if you notice any odd smells when it happens? Also, any rattling from under the vehicle? Any changes in MPG?

Here is a link that explains common symptoms of a bad catalytic converter. See if anything mirrors what you are experiencing.

Let me know.

Take care,

Welcome back:

You are very welcome. Let me know what they find. Also, request the specific trouble codes which are found so I can help determine what is happening. Of course, that is only if you want me to.

Take care. Hope you are on a vacation and not business. LOL
