Would the air temperature charge sensor in my car lose power?

Or what else could it be? It drives good other than that and it just started.

If the sensor shorts out yes it could, if you are in question just unplug the sensor and if the problem goes away you know it the problem, here is the location so you can see what happens. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
