Loss of power when engine reaches operating temperature?

It starts okay once reach normal temperature it loses all power.

Hi,

Does the check engine light stay on when it is running? Also, does it stall or not restart easily?

The idea that you lose power as mentioned leads me to think you may have a partially plugged catalytic converter,
