After reviewing all the causes I could find, the throttle body seemed to be the culprit. Unfortunately, after replacing the throttle body and spacer with new ones, the problem was not solved.

The engine does not die, just no fuel getting to the right places. I turn the engine off for a few seconds or a few minutes, and start it up, sometimes it works as it should, other times I may shift the transmission it in drive or reverse and the same thing happens. The engines shake but it does not cut off. Just no fuel.

Hi,

What have you done so far? For example, is the fuel pressure within the manufacturer's specifications? Have you checked for a failing catalytic converter that could be clogged? Have you checked for diagnostic trouble codes that could point us in the right direction?

Let me know.

I have seen the throttle pedal sensor cause this issue, if there is a glitch the engine will go into limp mode. Let's run the codes to see if any are stored.

Here is how to change it out in case a code comes up for it. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
