Losing oil pressure at idle?

When I stop at a light the oil pressure gauge goes down.

This could be normal, how low does it go? The engine oil pressure will be lower at idle because the engine is not running as fast. If the oil had not been changed recently, I would do that with a heavier weight oil and new filter. Does the engine make a rattle noise at idle?
