I got an code for number eight cylinder misfiring, but when I checked coil pack loose.

Swap it to another easy to get to plug position and see if that cylinder exhibits the same issue.
If indeed it is the coil pack, it will not be hard to change.
Hopefully it is that easy and not another issue with number eight.
