Welcome to 2CarPros.
I'm not sure of the numbers you provided. However, the vehicle should have a 42RLE automatic transmission. That is what should be in the vehicle. Do you have other questions or just trying to identify the model?
Let me know.

To the best of my knowledge, it won't work. If it is installed, the TCM will not recognize it.

That shouldn't be too bad to change or correct is it? As far as I've read the nag1 is a better transmission than the 42rle. I'm new to Chrysler I'm a Chevrolet man myself but my wife loves this car. :)

Welcome back:
I have to be honest. With the new vehicles, I don't like to make changes like this because there always seems to be issues. Is the 42rle bad?

Yes, it acts like it wants to shift in and out of gear. might try changing the filter first .

It does have some miles on it. Have you considered just doing a soft part overhaul? Also, I think the idea of servicing it is a good one to start. The filter could be partially plugged.
