Lock issue

I assume you cannot open it due to the handle so I am attaching the process on how to replace the handle and lock cylinder. Clearly you can swap over the lock but the handle is either broken or the rod has come off from inside the handle.

We need to remove the handle and find this out so run through this process and let us know what questions you have.
