I have stock rims with front locking hubs. I plan to get after market rims. Do the locking hubs transfer to other rims, or do they only work with the specific stock rims? Thanks.

The hubs are part of the truck not the rim. As long as the new rims have a center hole large enough to fit over them you are all set. Make sure the new rims have the proper offset and backspacing to fit properly without placing extra stress on the axles.
